YOSHLARNING RAQAMLI MEHNAT PLATFORMALARIDA BARQAROR BANDLIGINI RISKKA ASOSLANGAN STRATEGIK BOSHQARISH
DOI:
https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22047425Abstract
Maqolada yoshlarni raqamli mehnat platformalariga ro‘yxatdan o‘tkazishni bandlik natijasi
deb qabul qilish yetarli emasligi, platformaviy mehnatni sof daromad, buyurtmalar barqarorligi, algoritmik
qarorlar, komissiyalar, kiberxavf, ijtimoiy himoya va platformaga qaramlik risklari asosida boshqarish zarurati
asoslangan. Jahonda onlayn gig mehnati ko‘lami, O‘zbekistonda internet qamrovining 2021–2025 yillardagi
o‘sishi va kambag‘allikdan farovonlikka o‘tish siyosatining vazifalari tahlil qilingan. Integral platformaviy risk
indeksi, riskka tuzatilgan sof raqamli daromad hamda barqaror platformaviy bandlik koeffitsiyenti taklif etilgan.
Shartli 1000 nafarlik pilot kogorta bo‘yicha ssenariy hisob-kitobi riskka asoslangan akselerator 12 oylik barqaror
bandlik ulushini 18 foizdan 39 foizgacha oshirishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi.
