Mazkur tezisda sug‘urta xizmatlari bozorini boshqarishga oid ilmiy yondashuvlarning tarixiy
evolyutsiyasi tahlil qilingan. Sug‘urta bozorini boshqarishning klassik, aktuar, institutsional, tizimli va riskka
asoslangan yondashuvlari mazmuni yoritilib, ularning rivojlanish bosqichlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek,
xalqaro sug‘urta nazoratida qoidalarga asoslangan tartibga solishdan tamoyillarga va riskka asoslangan nazorat
modeliga o‘tish jarayonlari, IAIS standartlari hamda ComFrame konsepsiyasining ahamiyati tahlil qilingan.
Tadqiqot natijasida sug‘urta xizmatlari bozorini samarali boshqarishda moliyaviy barqarorlik, institutsional
muhit, risklarni boshqarish, raqamlashtirish va zamonaviy tartibga solish mexanizmlarini kompleks qo‘llash
zarurligi asoslangan.
