Ushbu tezisda Janubiy Koreyada naqd pul muomalasini qisqartirish va yashirin iqtisodiyot ko‘lamini kamaytirishga qaratilgan fiskal rag‘batlantirish choralarining amaliy natijalari tahlil qilingan. Naqd pulsiz to‘lovlar, soliq chegirmalari, Cash Receipt System hamda M0/M2 nisbatining yashirin iqtisodiyot va soliq tushumlariga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqilgan.
