Аннотация

This article examines strategies to improve the efficiency of modern housing management systems in the
context of urbanization, digital transformation, and sustainable development. A review of existing literature, including
international experiences and national studies, highlights the importance of integrated approaches to managing housing
stock. Methodological tools such as performance indicators, cost–benefit analysis, and smart technologies are analyzed.
Results demonstrate that effective management relies on transparency, resident participation, innovative financing, and
digitalization. The discussion emphasizes the role of governance reforms and international best practices in strengthening
efficiency. The study concludes that enhancing housing management efficiency is crucial for ensuring sustainable urban
development, improving service quality, and addressing social needs
