Mazkur ilmiy maqolada halol turizm tushunchasining nazariy, uslubiy va konseptual asoslari chuqur tahlil
qilinib, uning ziyorat turizmi bilan o‘zaro bog‘liqligi yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda “halol turizm” atamasining mazmun-mohiyati,
xalqaro va milliy tajribalar asosida ishlab chiqilgan turli yondashuvlar orqali sharhlab berilgan. Halol turizm xizmatlarini
tashkil etishda islomiy huquq (fiqh), halol iste’mol nazariyasi, barqaror turizm yondashuvi, ijtimoiy ishonch, xizmat sifati,
marketing, identitet va madaniy qadriyatlar singari 10 ta nazariy asos tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, maqolada O‘zbekiston
misolida halol xizmatlar infratuzilmasini shakllantirish, halol sertifikatlash tizimlarini takomillashtirish va ziyorat turizmida
halol tamoyillarni joriy etish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
