Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarida innovatsion menejment strategiyalarini samarali joriy etish
masalalari tahlil qilingan. So‘nggi yillarda mamlakatimizda oliy ta’lim tizimini modernizatsiya qilish, raqamli transformatsiya
jarayonlarini kengaytirish va xalqaro standartlarga moslashtirish bo‘yicha qator islohotlar amalga oshirilmoqda. Shu
nuqtayi nazardan, ta’lim jarayoniga innovatsion menejment yondashuvlarini tatbiq etish oliy ta’lim muassasalarining
raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda muhim omil hisoblanadi. Tadqiqotda strategik rejalashtirish, ilg‘or boshqaruv
texnologiyalaridan foydalanish, inson kapitalini rivojlantirish va samarali kommunikatsiya tizimlarini shakllantirish asosiy
yo‘nalishlar sifatida ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, innovatsion menejmentning samaradorligini baholash mezonlari,
xorijiy tajribani tahlil qilish va mahalliy sharoitga moslashtirishning afzalliklari yoritib berilgan. Maqola natijalari oliy
ta’lim muassasalarida strategik boshqaruvni takomillashtirish, ta’lim sifatini oshirish hamda global bilimlar bozorida
raqobatbardosh kadrlar tayyorlashga xizmat qiladi.
