Aqlli shartnoma bajarilishi va shartnoma bo‘yicha ijro texnologiya boshqaruv muvofiqligi orqali ta’sirlanadi.
Qayta regressiya tahlili shuni ko‘rsatadiki: avtomatlashtirish bilan samaradorlik orasidagi bog‘liqlik, shaffoflik va xavfsizlik
orasidagi bog‘liqlikdan kuchliroqdir — garchi kuzatilgan ta’sirlar kontekstga bog‘liq bo‘lishi mumkin. Tadqiqot natijalari
shuni ko‘rsatadiki, blokcheyn asosida tuzilgan shartnomalar tizimi raqamli jihatdan yetuk muhitlarda samaraliroq bo‘lib,
bu yerda savdogarlar aqlli shartnomalarning taklif qiladigan qiymatini va xavfni kamaytirish imkoniyatlarini yaxshi anglab
yetadilar; aksincha, rivojlanayotgan iqtisodiy mamlakatlarda bunday samaradorlik past bo‘lishi mumkin, chunki tomonlar
shartnoma shartlari uchun hech bo‘lmaganda ba’zi kirish ma’lumotlarini qo‘lda yuritilgan hujjatlardan tekshirishlari zarur
bo‘ladi. Ushbu tadqiqot chegara osha tranzaksiyalarning tartibga solish va texnik jihatlarini yoritishni maqsad qilgan. Panel
ma’lumotlarga tayangan SEM AHP gibrid modellari natijalari taqsimlangan jurnallar (distributed ledgers)dagi ishonch
metrikasi bilan shartnomaviy ijro o‘rtasida p < 0,01 darajada sezilarli korrelyatsiya mavjudligini ko‘rsatadi. Doktorlik ilmiy
tadqiqotim doirasida o‘tkazilgan uch yillik solishtirma tahlillarga hamda ichiga UNCITRAL yo‘riqnomalari, aqlli shartnoma
standartlari, ma’lumotlarni maxfiyligini ta’minlash qonunlari kabi xalqaro huquqiy me’yoriy hujjatlarni tahlil qilish orqali
men blokcheyn texnologiyasi chet el shartnomalarida qabul qilinishi dinamikasiga yangicha yondashuv taklif qilaman.
Biroq, texnik moslik (interoperabellik)dan tashqari, regulyativ tartiblar orasidagi tortishuv ko‘pincha amalga oshirish
yo‘lida katta to‘siq bo‘lgan va loyiha davomiyligi uzoq bo‘lganda, kontrapartiyalar o‘rtasidagi ishonchsizlik yagona jiddiy
to‘siq bo‘lib qolgan. Shunday qilib, natijalarimiz shuni tasdiqlaydi: qisqa muddatli tranzaksiyalar uchun yuqori darajada
avtomatlashtirish foydali bo‘lishi mumkin, biroq uzoq muddatli hamkorliklarda tomonlar shaxsiy ishonchga (interpersonal
trust) ko‘proq tayanish ehtimoli yuqoridir. Avtomatlashtirish ishonch paradigmasini yanada murakkablashtirgan holda,
OECD yo‘riqnomalari yaqinda faqat algoritmik manipulyatsiyaga moyil ilovalarni cheklashni tavsiya qildi — bu esa
shartnomalar “qora quti” (audit qilinmaydigan qarorqabul qilish) bilan buzilmasligiga kafolat yaratadi. Shuning uchun,
ayniqsa muvofiqlik (compliance) bo‘yicha regulyativ himoyaga e’tibor qaratish — “majburiyatlar tekshiruvi, ijrosi va
auditlanishi uchun aqlli shartnoma protokollari” — raqamli diplomatiyada ishonch shakllantirish imkoniyatini taqdim etadi
