Abstract

Zamonaviy iqtisodiyot sharoitida innovatsion faoliyatni rivojlantirish barqaror iqtisodiy o‘sishning muhim omili
hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida talabalar innovatsion rivojlanish markazlarining funksional
salohiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida markazlar faoliyatining asosiy yo‘nalishlari, jumladan, startap loyihalarni qo‘llabquvvatlash,
inkubatsiya va akseleratsiya jarayonlari, ilmiy ishlanmalarni tijoratlashtirish va real sektor bilan integratsiya
qilish imkoniyatlari o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, mavjud muammolar, xususan, moliyaviy resurslar yetishmovchiligi, boshqaruv
tizimlarining samaradorligi pastligi, inson kapitali bilan bog‘liq kamchiliklar aniqlashtirildi. Tahlil natijalariga asoslanib,
innovatsion markazlar faoliyatini takomillashtirish va ularning funksional imkoniyatlarini kengaytirishga qaratilgan ilmiy
asoslangan takliflar ishlab chiqildi.
