Mazkur maqolada rag‘batlantirish tushunchasi motivatsiyani shakllantirish, xodimlarni qo‘llab-quvvatlash
hamda ularning kasbiy va shaxsiy rivojlanishini ta’minlash jarayoni sifatida ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy
menejment sharoitida rag‘batlantirish faqat moddiy mukofotlar bilan cheklanib qolmay, balki ma’naviy, ijtimoiy va psixologik
omillarni ham qamrab olgan murakkab tizim sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi. Tadqiqotda rag‘batlantirishning motivatsiyaga ta’siri,
uning tashkilot samaradorligidagi o‘rni hamda amaliy ahamiyati yoritib beriladi. Shuningdek, xorijiy va mahalliy tajriba
asosida samarali rag‘batlantirish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqiladi.
