Аннотация

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada aholi bandligini ta’minlashda rekruting agentliklarining o‘rni, ularning
mehnat bozori samaradorligiga ta’siri va zamonaviy iqtisodiyot sharoitidagi funksional ahamiyati tahlil qilingan.
Tadqiqot doirasida rekruting agentliklarining ishchi kuchi taklifi va talabini muvofiqlashtirishdagi roli, axborot
assimetriyasini kamaytirishdagi ahamiyati hamda bandlikni oshirish mexanizmlaridagi ishtiroki nazariy va
tahliliy jihatdan asoslab berilgan.
Shuningdek, maqolada O‘zbekiston va xalqaro tajriba asosida rekruting tizimining rivojlanish tendensiyalari,
uning samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlari hamda dolzarb masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki,
rekruting agentliklari mehnat bozorida muhim institutsional vosita sifatida ishsizlik darajasini qisqartirish, ish
topish jarayonini tezlashtirish va iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi.
