Mazkur maqolada sirkulyar iqtisodiyotning O‘zbekiston iqtisodiy rivojlanishidagi o‘rni va ahamiyati tahlil
etiladi. Tadqiqotda an’anaviy chiziqli iqtisodiy modeldan regenerativ sirkulyar modelga o‘tishning dolzarbligi, global tendensiyalar
va O‘zbekistondagi mavjud muammolar qiyosiy o‘rganildi. Xususan, qishloq xo‘jaligi va chiqindilarni boshqarish
sektorlarida resurslar samaradorligini oshirishning iqtisodiy va ekologik istiqbollari ochib berildi. Amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlarning
iqtisodiy samaradorligi va ularni amaliyotga tatbiq etishdagi to‘siqlar tanqidiy tahlil qilindi. Sirkulyar iqtisodiyotni
rivojlantirish uchun “Yashil bank” tizimini joriy etish, “Sirkulyar fond”ni tashkil qilish hamda aholining ekologik savodxonligini
oshirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqild
