Ushbu maqolada yosh yengil atletikachilarning jismoniy sifatlarini rivojlantirishning nazariy
va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Yengil atletika sport turlari ichida eng ommabop va universal yo‘nalishlardan biri
bo‘lib, unda muvaffaqiyatga erishish sportchilarning tezkorlik, kuch, chaqqonlik, chidamlilik hamda egiluvchanlik
kabi asosiy jismoniy sifatlarining uyg‘un holda rivojlanganligiga bog‘liq. Maqolada yosh sportchilarning anatomikfiziologik
xususiyatlari, ularning jismoniy sifatlarini rivojlantirishning pedagogik tamoyillari, shuningdek, samarali
mashg‘ulot metodikalari yoritiladi
