Abstract

Ushbu maqolada boshqarish sifatining mohiyati va uni rivojlantirishning obyektiv zarurati
ko‘rib chiqiladi. Boshqaruv sifatini oshirishning tashkilot samaradorligini yaxshilashdagi o‘rni, rahbarlik va ish
jarayonlarida sifat nazoratining ahamiyati tahlil etiladi. Shuningdek, boshqaruv sifatini rivojlantirishga ta’sir
etuvchi asosiy omillar va metodologik yondashuvlar yoritilgan.
Maqolada nazariy va amaliy yondashuvlar, adabiyotlar tahlili hamda mavjud tajribalar asosida boshqaruv
tizimining istiqbolli rivojlanish yo‘nalishlari belgilab berilgan.
