Abstract

Mazkur maqolada universitetlarni ilmiy, ixtisoslashgan va ko‘p tarmoqli turlarga ajratish asosida davlat
budjetidan moliyalashtirishning natija mezonlari ishlab chiqilgan. Magistratura bosqichida talabalarga qisqartirilgan
ish vaqti asosida mehnatga haq to‘lash tizimini joriy etish orqali budjetga tushadigan moliyaviy yuklamani kamaytirish
mexanizmi asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, Malayziya, Niderlandiya va Finlyandiya kabi xorijiy davlatlar tajribasi o‘rganilib,
undan O‘zbekiston sharoitida samarali foydalanish bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
