Ushbu maqolada ish kuchi va kapital o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik zamonaviy iqtisodiy nazariyalar nuqtai
nazaridan chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi mehnat va kapital resurslarining iqtisodiy o‘sishga ta’sirini
miqdoriy va sifat jihatdan baholashdan iborat. Klassik, neoklassik hamda institutsional nazariyalar asosida ishlab
chiqarish omillarining samaradorlik darajasi o‘rganiladi. Kobb–Douglas ishlab chiqarish funksiyasi yordamida ish kuchi va
kapitalning YaIMga qo‘shadigan hissasi ekonometrik usullar bilan tekshiriladi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, inson kapitali va
jismoniy kapitalning muvozanatli rivojlanishi barqaror iqtisodiy taraqqiyotning zaruriy sharti hisoblanadi
