Maqolada jahon meʼmoriy merosidan turizmda foydalanishning hozirgi holati, muammolari va yechimlari
tahlil qilingan. Tahliliy-taqqoslash, kontent tahlil va SWOT-tahlil usullari qoʻllanilgan. Beshta mamlakat — Italiya, Peru,
Kambodja, Turkiya va Oʻzbekiston tajribasi taqqoslangan. Natijalar meʼmoriy meros obyektlari haddan tashqari turizm,
konservatsiya va tijoratlashtirish oʻrtasidagi ziddiyatlar, iqlim oʻzgarishi hamda moliyalashtirish tanqisligi kabi muammolarga
duch kelayotganini koʻrsatdi. Tashish sigʻimi tizimini joriy etish, raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanish, mahalliy aholini jalb
etish va xalqaro hamkorlikni kuchaytirish boʻyicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan
