This article describes the essential mechanisms of forming and developing a healthy lifestyle in modern
society. The authors analyze three core pillars of establishing healthy habits: the family environment, promotional
activities in educational institutions, and the prevention of harmful habits among youth. The paper highlights the
impact of a proper daily routine, balanced nutrition, physical activity, and mental well-being on human health.
Furthermore, it emphasizes the importance of collaboration between families, educational sectors, and the
public in raising a spiritually and physically mature younger generation
