O‘zbekiston va Qozog‘iston misolida raqamli mehnat bozorining iqtisodiy barqarorlikka ta’siri
qiyosiy tahlil asosida baholangan. Tadqiqotda 2019–2025-yillar ma’lumotlari asosida raqamli bandlik va IT
xizmatlari eksportining iqtisodiy ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Olingan natijalar raqamli mehnat bozori xorijiy valyuta
tushumlarini oshirish, mehnat bozorida ishtirokni kengaytirish hamda iqtisodiy diversifikatsiyani rag‘batlantirishini
ko‘rsatadi. Shuningdek, raqamli tengsizlik va norasmiy platforma bandligi bilan bog‘liq muammolar aniqlanib,
davlat va bozor mexanizmlarini uyg‘unlashtiruvchi gibrid institutsional model taklif etilgan
