Abstract

Tadqiqotda oliy ta’lim muassasalarida ilmiy-texnik mahsulotlarni tijoratlashtirishda ishtirok
etadigan subyektlar tizimli ravishda tahlil qilingan. Yetti asosiy subyekt guruhi aniqlangan: tadqiqotchilar,
OTMlar, texnologiyalar transferi ofislari (TTO), texnoparklar, sanoat korxonalari, davlat organlari va investorlar.
Subyektlar o‘rtasidagi munosabatlarning uch darajali arxitekturasi (yadriy, yordamchi va muhit darajalari)
tavsiflangan. To‘rtta asosiy ziddiyat turi hamda ularni hal etish mexanizmlari taklif qilingan. AQSh, Buyuk
Britaniya, Germaniya va Janubiy Koreya tajribalarining qiyosiy tahlili asosida O‘zbekiston sharoiti uchun
Fraunhofer tipidagi aralash model tavsiya etilgan
