Abstract

Ushbu maqolada turizm xizmatlari samaradorligini oshirishda raqamli texnologiyalarning,
xususan, virtual reallik (VR) va kengaytirilgan reallik (AR) texnologiyalarining o‘rni hamda ahamiyati ilmiy jihatdan
tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida VR va AR texnologiyalarining turizm sohasida qo‘llanilish yo‘nalishlari, ularning
sayyohlar xulq-atvori, qaror qabul qilish jarayoni, xizmatlar sifati va turistik korxonalarning raqobatbardoshligiga
ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari mazkur texnologiyalar turistik xizmatlarni diversifikatsiya qilish, mijozlar
tajribasini boyitish hamda soha samaradorligini oshirishda muhim omil ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
