Maqolada sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining mehnat unumdorligi va ishchi kuchi
mobilligiga ta’siri nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. SI vositalarining ish jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish,
mehnatni kuchaytirish, xodimlar malakasini oshirish va mehnat bozorida kasbiy harakatchanlikni faollashtirishdagi
roli ochib berilgan. Jahon iqtisodiy forumi, Xalqaro mehnat tashkiloti, MakKinzi global instituti va Stenford
universitetining 2025-yildagi hisobotlari ma’lumotlari asosida SI joriy etilishining iqtisodiy samaralari va ijtimoiy
xatarlari baholangan. O‘zbekistonda sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarini 2030-yilgacha rivojlantirish strategiyasi
doirasida inson kapitalini rivojlantirish va mehnat bozorini raqamli transformatsiyaga moslashtirish bo‘yicha
ilmiy-amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
