Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot sayyohlarning O‘zbekistonni xavfsiz hudud sifatida qanday baholashlarini
aniqlash maqsadida Buxoro turistik hududining Eski shahar qismida 66 nafar xorijiy sayyoh ishtirokida
o‘tkazildi. Tadqiqot Bauerning “Perceived Risk Theory” (Qabul qilingan xavf nazariyasi) asosida ishlab chiqilgan
so‘rovnoma yordamida amalga oshirilib, unda turistlarning umumiy xavfsizlik hissi, xavfsizlik infratuzilmasiga
bergan bahosi hamda sayohat davomida duch kelgan holatlari o‘rganildi. Natijalar respondentlarning 98,4
foizi (65 nafar) O‘zbekistonda o‘zini xavfsiz his qilganini ko‘rsatdi. Shu bilan birga, ayrim ishtirokchilar til bilan
bog‘liq qiyinchiliklar va narxlar darajasi bo‘yicha ayrim noqulayliklarni qayd etdilar. Tadqiqot natijalari turizmda
xavfsizlikning turistlar ishonchini mustahkamlash, hududning ijobiy imidjini shakllantirish, sayyohlar oqimini
ko‘paytirish hamda xizmatlar sifatini rivojlantirishdagi muhim o‘rnini tasdiqlaydi.
