Ushbu maqola hozirgi kunda kadrlar sohasining eng dolzarb muammolaridan biri bo‘lgan raqamli
avlod (Z-avlod) xodimlarini motivatsiyalashda vujudga kelayotgan qiyinchiliklar va ularni hal etishga qaratilgan
zamonaviy tendensiya va yondashuvlarni ishlab chiqishga qaratilgan. Bunda Z-avlodning mehnat bozoridagi raqamli
transformatsion roli hamda ularning raqamli avlod sifatidagi o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari va qadriyatlarining an’anaviy
kadrlar siyosati bilan nomuvofiqlik jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, ularni kompaniyada faqat ijrochi xodim sifatida
emas, balki innovatsion rivojlanishga hissa qo‘shuvchi xodim sifatida shakllantirish borasida amaliy takliflar beriladi.
