O‘ZBEKISTONDA “QISHLOQ XO‘JALIGI-4.0” KONSEPSIYASINI JORIY ETISH YO‘LLARI, MUAMMOLARI VA STRATEGIK ISTIQBOLLARI
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada global iqlim o‘zgarishi va resurslar cheklanganligi sharoitida O‘zbekiston
agrosanoat majmuasini raqamli transformatsiya qilish va “Qishloq xo‘jaligi-4.0” konsepsiyasini joriy etish
masalalari tizimli tahlil qilingan. Agrar tarmoqda kiber-fizik tizimlar, narsalar interneti (IoT), sun’iy intellekt va
katta ma’lumotlar (Big Data) texnologiyalarini qo‘llash imkoniyatlari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida raqamli
transformatsiyani boshlovchi va sekinlashtiruvchi omillar to‘rt yirik guruhga ajratilgan holda tasniflangan hamda
agrosanoat majmuasining universal raqamli platformasi mualliflik konseptual modeli taklif etilgan. Shuningdek,
mamlakatimizdagi suv tanqisligi, yerlarning sho‘rlanishi va iqlim xavflarini yumshatishga qaratilgan adaptiv,
suvni tejovchi va resurs tejamkor raqamli texnologiyalar — mulchalash, agroo‘rmonchilik, agrivoltaika,
vertikal fermalar samaradorligi iqtisodiy jihatdan baholangan. Maqola yakunida inson kapitali va institutsional
infratuzilmani rivojlantirish bo‘yicha strategik tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
