Abstract

Mazkur maqolada davlat-xususiy sheriklik munosabatlarida risklarni boshqarishning nazariyuslubiy
asoslari hamda zamonaviy yondashuvlari tadqiq etilgan. Davlat-xususiy sheriklik loyihalariga ta’sir
etuvchi siyosiy, iqtisodiy, moliyaviy, huquqiy, ekologik, texnologik va tashkiliy risklar tasniflanib, ularning loyiha
samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Xalqaro valyuta jamg‘armasi, Jahon banki hamda rivojlangan davlatlar
tajribasi asosida davlat va xususiy sherik o‘rtasida risklarni oqilona taqsimlash, xalqaro moliya institutlari
resurslarini jalb etish hamda raqamli monitoring tizimlarini joriy etishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari asoslab berilgan
