Ushbu ish barqaror yashil investitsiyalar bilan qayta tiklanuvchi energetikaning rivojlanishi
o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni O‘zbekiston misolida tahlil qiladi. Yashil moliya va qayta tiklanuvchi energetika bo‘yicha
xalqaro qiyosiy tadqiqotlarga tayangan holda, eng avvalo, yashil investitsiyaning quvvatlarni kengaytirishga ta’sir
ko‘rsatadigan kanallarini tushuntiruvchi nazariy asos shakllantiriladi. Keyingi bosqichda O‘zbekistonning qayta
tiklanuvchi energetika sohasidagi siyosat traektoriyasi hamda sohaga yo‘naltirilayotgan yashil investitsiyalarning
hajmi va tarkibi — jumladan, suveren “yashil” obligatsiyalar, rivojlanish moliyasi institutlari va xususiy
investorlarning moliyalashtiruvi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot ekonometrik modellashtirishga emas, balki qiyosiytavsifiy
tahlilga asoslanganligi bois, olingan natijalar sabab-oqibat ta’sirini isbotlashga emas, balki bog‘liqlikni
va investitsiyalarning kuzatilgan hissasini baholashga xizmat qiladi. Tahlil natijalari “yashil” investitsiyalar 2019-
yildan buyon O‘zbekiston qayta tiklanuvchi quvvatlarining jadal o‘sishi bilan yaqin bog‘liqlikda bo‘lgan muhim
omillardan biri ekanini ko‘rsatadi; shu bilan birga, o‘rnatilgan quvvatlarning to‘liq ravishda samarali energetika
rivojiga aylanishini cheklaydigan tarkibiy omillar — xususan, tarmoqqa integratsiya, uzatish quvvatlari va ishlab
chiqarishni cheklash (kurtaylment) ham aniqlanadi. Ilmiy ish investitsiyalar o‘sishini tarmoq va bozor tayyorligi
bilan muvofiqlashtirishga qaratilgan siyosiy tavsiyalar bilan yakunlanadi
