Mazkur maqolada mamlakatda yashirin iqtisodiyotga qarshi kurashish sohasida amalga oshirilayotgan
ishlar natijasida erishilgan ijobiy natijalar tahlil qilinib, amalda qo‘llanilayotgan usul va vositalar yashirin aylanmalar hajmi
va ularning natijasida yuzaga kelayotgan budjet yo‘qotishlari miqdorini aniqlash imkonini bermasligi ilmiy asoslantirilgan.
Shuningdek, mavjud xalqaro standartlar va usullarning qisqacha tahlili orqali yashirin iqtisodiyotning murakkab fenomenini
o‘lchamga solish hamda aniq hisob-kitoblarni amalga oshirishda zamonaviy raqamli texnologiyalarni keng qo‘llash
uchun jarayonni matematik modellashtirishning afzalligi bo‘yicha tahliliy ma’lumotlar berilgan. Fikrlarning tasdig‘i rasmiy
manbalarda keltirilgan axborotlar bilan isbotlangan va kelgusida muammoning aniq yechimiga erishish uchun ishlab
chiqilgan tavsiyalarni keng qo‘llashning ahamiyati atroflicha yoritib berilgan
