Hududlarning barqaror rivojlanishi mahalliy davlat hokimlik organlarining innovatsion klasterlar,
raqamli transformatsiya va barqaror rivojlanish omillarini yaxlit tizim sifatida boshqara olish qobiliyatiga bogʻliq.
Maqolada Oʻzbekistonning 14 hududi boʻyicha 2016–2024-yillarni qamrab olgan panel maʼlumotlar asosida
Fixed Effects (FE) regressiya modeli, hudud darajasida klasterlangan standart xatolar hamda multikollinearlikni
tekshirish uchun VIF testidan foydalanildi. Multikollinearlik VIF testi orqali, oʻzgaruvchilarning barqarorligi esa panel
statsionarlik (Fisher turidagi ADF) testi orqali tekshirildi. Tahlil natijalari innovatsion faoliyat koʻrsatkichlarining
hududiy iqtisodiy natijaga barqaror va statistik ahamiyatli ijobiy taʼsirini tasdiqladi, shuningdek, ekotizim
elementlarining alohida emas, balki birgalikdagi (kompozit indeks shaklidagi) taʼsiri alohida koʻrsatkichlarga
nisbatan ancha kuchliroq ekanligi aniqlandi. Olingan xulosalar asosida hududlarni innovatsion boshqarish modeli
“innovatsion ekotizim” konsepsiyasi doirasida takomillashtirildi
