Mazkur maqolada xorijiy mamlakatlarda milliy iqtisodiyotning sanoatlashuv jarayonini
ta’minlashga xizmat qilgan asosiy modellar qiyosiy jihatdan tadqiq etilgan. Sanoatlashtirishning klassik,
eksportga yo‘naltirilgan, davlat-investitsion, innovatsion-texnologik va aralash modellari shakllanishining
nazariy hamda institutsional asoslari ochib berilgan. AQSH, Germaniya, Yaponiya, Janubiy Koreya,
Tayvan va Xitoy tajribasi asosida sanoat siyosatining davlat va bozor mexanizmlari uyg‘unligi, texnologik
modernizatsiya, inson kapitalini rivojlantirish, eksport salohiyatini kengaytirish, milliy ishlab chiqaruvchilarni
qo‘llab-quvvatlash, global qiymat zanjirlariga integratsiyalashuv va innovatsion faoliyatni rag‘batlantirishning
iqtisodiy samaradorligi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijasida xorijiy modellarni O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotiga to‘liq
ko‘chirish emas, balki milliy ishlab chiqarish salohiyati, resurslar, mehnat bozori, institutsional imkoniyatlar va
ichki bozor hajmiga mos ravishda selektiv adaptatsiya qilish zarurligi asoslangan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston
sharoitida eksportga yo‘naltirilgan, texnologik yangilanishga asoslangan va hududiy sanoat klasterlari bilan
uyg‘unlashgan gibrid sanoatlashtirish modelini shakllantirish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan
