MADANIY MEROS OBYEKTLARINING TURISTIK-IQTISODIY SALOHIYATINI BAHOLASH USLUBIYOTI

Madaniy meros obyektlarining turistik-iqtisodiy salohiyatini baholashning yagona uslubiyoti ishlab
chiqilgan. Empirik baza sifatida 2015-2026-yillarda nashr etilgan 60 ta xorijiy manba oltita tahliliy yo‘nalish bo‘yicha
kodlashtirilgan. Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, manbalarning 78,3 foizida iyerarxiya tahlili usuli qo‘llanilgan, 55,0 foizida vaznlar
ekspert bahosi asosida aniqlangan, 20,0 foizida esa vaznlarni belgilash tartibi ochib berilmagan. Mavjud uslubiyotlarda
obyektning iqtisodiy natijadorligini mustaqil o‘lcham sifatida baholash yetarlicha aks ettirilmaganligi aniqlangan. Mazkur
metodologik bo‘shliqni to‘ldirish maqsadida besh o‘lcham va yigirma ko‘rsatkichdan iborat “Madaniy meros obyektining
turistik-iqtisodiy salohiyati indeksi” (MMTSI) taklif etilgan. Unda iqtisodiy salohiyat eng yuqori vaznga (0,28) ega mustaqil
blok sifatida kiritilgan, vaznlar iyerarxiya tahlili usuli yordamida aniqlanib, izchillik nisbati orqali tekshirilgan, natija esa besh
darajali shkala asosida aniq tashkiliy-iqtisodiy mexanizm bilan bog‘langan. Taklif etilgan uslubiyot obyektlarni investitsiya
ustuvorligi bo‘yicha tartiblash imkonini beradi va Buxoro viloyatidagi 829 ta madaniy meros obyektiga tatbiq etishga
mo‘ljallangan.
