Maqolada suv resurslaridan samarali va oqilona foydalanish sharoitida suv tejovchi
innovatsion texnologiyalarni rivojlantirishning nazariy-konseptual asoslari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Suv tanqisligining
kuchayishi, iqlim o‘zgarishi, aholi va iqtisodiyot ehtiyojlarining ortishi hamda qishloq xo‘jaligida suv resurslariga
bo‘lgan bosimning kuchayishi sharoitida suv tejamkor texnologiyalarni joriy etishning iqtisodiy, ekologik va
institutsional ahamiyati asoslangan. Maqolada suv sarfining kamayishi bilan haqiqiy suv tejami tushunchalari
o‘rtasidagi farq asoslab berilgan
