Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalari va
mobil ilovalardan foydalanish asosida chakana bank xizmatlarini rivojlantirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari
tadqiq etilgan. Bank xizmatlarini raqamlashtirish jarayonida mobil banking, sun’iy intellektga asoslangan
virtual yordamchilar, chatbotlar, biometrik identifikatsiya, mijozlarning xatti-harakatlarini tahlil qilish,
kredit skoringi, firibgarlik operatsiyalarini aniqlash hamda shaxsiylashtirilgan bank mahsulotlarini taklif
etish imkoniyatlari o‘rganilgan. O‘zbekiston tijorat banklarida masofaviy bank xizmatlaridan foydalanish
ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilinib, mobil texnologiyalarning chakana bank xizmatlari ommalashuvidagi o‘rni
baholangan. Tadqiqot natijasida sun’iy intellekt va mobil banking integratsiyasi xizmat ko‘rsatish tezligi
va qulayligini oshirish, operatsion xarajatlarni kamaytirish, mijozlarga individual yondashuvni kuchaytirish
hamda banklarning raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlashning muhim omillaridan biri ekanligi asoslangan.
Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston tijorat banklarida AI asosidagi chakana xizmatlarni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha ilmiyamaliy
takliflar ishlab chiqilgan
