Ushbu tezisda aholining ekologik madaniyatini yuksaltirishda ta’limning o‘rni, xususan,
STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) yondashuvining imkoniyatlari ilmiy manbalar
asosida tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, jamoatchilik ishtiroki va parlament diplomatiyasining ekologik boshqaruvdagi
ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tezis O‘zbekistonda barqaror ekologik ta’limni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan amaliy
tavsiyalar bilan yakunlanadi.
