Qayta tiklanuvchi energiya loyihalarida iqtisodiy samaradorlikni bir xil mezonlar asosida
o‘lchash qiyinligi investitsion qarorlarni solishtirishni murakkablashtiradi va baholash uslubiyotini aniqroq
shakllantirishni talab qiladi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi qayta tiklanuvchi energiya investitsiyalarini baholash
mezonlarini takomillashtirish hamda ularning iqtisodiy samaradorligini miqdoriy asosda ajratib ko‘rsatishdan
iborat.
