Abstract

Based on the theories of regional cooperation, industrial gradient transfer, and digital trade, this
paper compares and analyzes the current state of cross-border e-commerce in Beijing and Tashkent. It proposes
ways to improve the bilateral cooperation guarantee mechanism and provides practical recommendations for
deepening cooperation between China and Uzbekistan in the field of Silk Road e-commerce, as well as for the
upgrading and transformation of the cross-border e-commerce industry in Central Asia
