Turistik xizmatlar sohasi (TXS)ning investitsion jozibadorligida kutilayotgan va amalda erishilgan natijalar o‘rtasida yuzaga keladigan tafovutlar investitsion paradokslar nuqtayi nazaridan tadqiq etilgan. Ilmiy adabiyotlar va rasmiy ma’lumotlar tahlili asosida investitsion paradokslarning asosiy shakllari tizimlashtirilib, ularni aniqlash mezonlari belgilangan. Xorazm viloyati misolida investitsiyalarning hududiy konsentratsiyasi, mavsumiy bandlik, moliyaviy qaytim, davlat ko‘magiga bog‘liqlik, shuningdek, turistik rivojlanishning madaniy meros va tabiiy muhitga ta’siri baholangan. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida investitsion holatni kompleks baholash, loyihalarni ko‘p mezonli saralash hamda hududiy investitsiya portfelini muvozanatli shakllantirish jarayonlarini o‘zaro uyg‘unlashtiruvchi uch bosqichli tashkiliy-iqtisodiy mexanizm taklif etilgan.Keywords
