Agrar va sanoat tarmoqlarini yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tkazish orqali yangi ish o‘rinlarini shakllantirish istiqbollari xalqaro va milliy statistik ma’lumotlar asosida tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot doirasida yashil iqtisodiyot konsepsiyasining nazariy asoslari, xususan, Porter gipotezasi, Bowen va Kuralbayevaning yashil bandlikka oid yondashuvlari hamda Xalqaro mehnat tashkilotining yashil ish o‘rinlari bo‘yicha global tasnifi o‘rganilgan. Tahlil natijalari sanoatda qayta tiklanuvchi energetika va chiqindilarni qayta ishlash, qishloq xo‘jaligida esa suv tejovchi texnologiyalar hamda organik dehqonchilik yo‘nalishlari barqaror bandlikni ta’minlash va yangi ish o‘rinlarini yaratishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etayotganini ko‘rsatadi. Shuningdek, yashil transformatsiya nafaqat yangi ish o‘rinlarini yaratish, balki mavjud ish o‘rinlarining bosqichma-bosqich “yashillashuvi” orqali ham mehnat bozori tarkibiga ta’sir ko‘rsatishi ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan. Tadqiqot yakunida agrar va sanoat tarmoqlarida yashil bandlikni kengaytirishga qaratilgan amaliy va makroiqtisodiy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Keywords
