This article examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of fi nancial risk assessment in investment project fi nancing. It substantiates the need for an integrated risk assessment based on NPV, IRR, DSCR, sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysis, and develops research-based proposals aimed at strengthening the fi nancial sustainability of investment projects.Keywords
