Abstract

Maqolada ijtimoiy tadbirkorlik subyektlarini davlat tomonidan moliyaviy qo‘llab- quvvatlashning iqtisodiy asoslari tadqiq etilgan. Jamoat sektori iqtisodiyoti va ijtimoiy tadbirkorlik nazariyasining zamonaviy yondashuvlarini sintez qilish asosida davlat aralashuvini oqlovchi to‘rtta o‘zaro bog‘liq, ammo mustaqil iqtisodiy asos ajratib ko‘rsatilgan: ijobiy tashqi samaraning ichkilashtirilmasligi, qiymat yaratish va uni o‘zlashtirish o‘rtasidagi tizimli uzilish, axborot assimetriyasi natijasida yuzaga keladigan kredit ratsionlashi hamda ixtiyoriy sektor nuqsonlari. Muallif tomonidan bozor nuqsonining turi bilan unga adekvat davlat moliyaviy vositasini moslashtirish matritsasi taklif etilgan, shuningdek, qo‘llab- quvvatlashning intensivlik va degressivlik tamoyillari nazariy jihatdan asoslangan. Tadqiqot natijalari ijtimoiy tadbirkorlikni moliyaviy qo‘llab-quvvatlash choralarini loyihalashda nazariy-uslubiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qilishi mumkin.
