BYUDJET XARAJATLARI TARKIBI VA INSON KAPITALIGA INVESTITSIYA INTENSIVLIGINING IQTISODIY O‘SISHGA TAʼSIRI: O‘ZBEKISTON MISOLIDA KORRELYATSION-REGRESSION TAHLIL

Davlat byudjeti xarajatlarining hajmi va tarkibining iqtisodiy o‘sish hamda byudjet samaradorligiga taʼsiri empirik jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot O‘zbekistonning 2017–2025-yillardagi rasmiy statistik maʼlumotlariga asoslangan. Korrelyatsion tahlil va eng kichik kvadratlar usuli (OLS) yordamida qurilgan regressiya modellari natijalariga ko‘ra, iqtisodiy o‘sish bilan byudjet xarajatlarining umumiy hajmi o‘rtasida zaif bog‘liqlik (r = 0,36), inson kapitaliga investitsiya intensivligi, yaʼni taʼlim xarajatlarining YaIMdagi ulushi bilan esa nisbatan kuchliroq bog‘liqlik (r = 0,64) aniqlangan. Bir omilli regressiya natijalari taʼlimga investitsiya intensivligining iqtisodiy o‘sishga ijobiy taʼsirini ko‘rsatgan (β = 4,32; R² = 0,41). Olingan natijalar iqtisodiy o‘sish va barqarorlikni taʼminlashda byudjet xarajatlarining umumiy hajmi bilan bir qatorda, ularning inson kapitaliga yo‘naltirilgan tarkibi ham muhim ahamiyat kasb etishini ko‘rsatadi. Keywords
