Qurilish sanoati korxonalarida ekologik boshqaruv samaradorligini baholash usullari tizimlashtirilib, ularni korxona darajasida qo‘llash imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot doirasida ISO 14031 ekologik natijadorlikni baholash standarti, hayotiy sikl tahlili, uglerod izi, ekologik audit hamda LEED, BREEAM, Level(s), Green Mark va CASBEE kabi xalqaro yondashuvlar qiyosiy o‘rganilgan. Resurs, energiya, uglerod, chiqindi, suv, boshqaruv va iqtisodiy samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlarini birlashtiruvchi integral baholash modeli taklif etilgan. Mazkur model qurilish sanoati korxonalarini ekologik boshqaruv darajasi bo‘yicha guruhlash, takomillashtirish zarur bo‘lgan yo‘nalishlarni aniqlash hamda investitsiya chora-tadbirlarini ustuvorlashtirish imkonini beradi.Keywords
