FACTORS INFLUENCING THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLASTICS INDUSTRY

This article systematizes the macro- and micro-level factors influencing the innovative development of the plastics industry. The study examines the economic content of innovation, the functional areas of organizing innovative production processes in industrial enterprises, and the institutional-legal, financial-economic, scientific-technological, external economic, environmental, and internal enterprise factors affecting the plastics industry. As a result, a conceptual system of factors influencing the competitive, exportoriented, and environmentally sustainable development of the plastics industry is developed.Keywords
