Abstract

Foreign trade, a cornerstone of global economic activity, is inherently fraught with risks. From political instability
and currency fluctuations to unforeseen natural disasters and contract breaches, a multitude of uncertainties can
disrupt supply chains, derail transactions, and cause substantial financial losses. This article explores the crucial role of
insurance mechanisms in mitigating these risks, enabling smoother international trade, and fostering economic growth.
