Abstract

This article discusses the economic significance of human capital, the level of development of human capital in
our country and the modernization of the education system, which plays an important role in the further development of
human capital. the measures taken were analyzed. It also provides practical suggestions and recommendations on the
current importance of human capital and the positive results that can be achieved as a result of its development, as well
as the measures that need to be taken in this regard.
