Organization of control and evaluation of effectiveness in international companies

Abstract

This article investigates the scientific, theoretical, and methodological foundations for organizing control and
evaluating its effectiveness in international companies. By tackling both theoretical and practical issues related to this
topic, the study has developed scientific and practical recommendations for the organization of control and assessment
of its effectiveness at the joint enterprise UZTEX TASHKENT LLC, which is the subject of this research.
