Abstract

This paper examines the key methods for developing and stimulating innovative activity in modern enterprises.
The research analyzes various approaches to fostering innovation within organizations, identifying critical factors that
contribute to successful innovation management. The paper emphasizes the importance of human capital development,
organizational culture transformation, strategic investment in research and development, and the implementation of
innovation-friendly structures. This research contributes to the existing literature by providing a comprehensive framework
for enterprises seeking to enhance their innovative capacity in today's competitive business environment
