Abstract

Mulkni qayta baholash iqtisodiy rivojlanish, biznes jarayonlari va moliyaviy barqarorlikni ta’minlashda muhim
vosita hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada xalqaro tajribada qo‘llanilayotgan mulkni qayta baholash metodlari, xususan, bozor
yondashuvi, xarajat yondashuvi va daromad yondashuvi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda ushbu metodlarning O‘zbekiston
iqtisodiy sharoitiga moslashtirish imkoniyatlari baholanadi. Baholash jarayonidagi amaliy muammolar, baholovchilarning
malakasi, zamonaviy texnologiyalarni qo‘llash va baholash metodologiyasini takomillashtirish zaruriyati ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi.
Tadqiqot natijalari O‘zbekiston mulkni qayta baholash tizimini takomillashtirish va investitsion jozibadorlikni oshirishda
amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
