Ushbu tadqiqotda hududlar kesimida ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy barqarorlikni baholash uchun indikatorlar tizimi ishlab
chiqildi. Tanlangan indikatorlar asosida kompleks baholash amalga oshirilib, har bir hududning holati integral ko‘rsatkichlar
orqali ifodalandi. TOPSIS, AHP va entropiya kabi metodlar yordamida og‘irliklar belgilandi. Tahlil natijasida hududlar
barqarorlik darajasiga ko‘ra guruhlandi va har bir segment uchun rivojlanish yo‘nalishlari aniqlab berildi. Takliflar orqali
indikatorlar tizimini boshqaruv jarayonlariga integratsiyalash imkoniyati asoslab berildi.
