faoliyatini rivojlantirishda ularni sinflashtirish, turlarga ajratish va yo‘nalishlar bo‘yicha o‘rganish, shuningdek, amaliy
natijalar hamda mavjud holatga e’tibor qaratish dolzarb hisoblanadi. Bu borada tizimli yondashuv zaruratdir.
