Abstract

This article states that in the context of the modern information revolution information technologies and
public relations play an important role. For the first time in the history of mankind political culture is formed via electronic
mass media. In addition, there have been analyzed the provision of the rule of law, the need to comply with it when
conducting free negotiations in the information age, and that deviation from the law leads to negative consequences
